Help us fill the courtroom at what should be the final hearing for the compassionate release of Ezra Bozeman, who is represented in this hearing by ALC.
At the first hearing on May 14, the judge did not rule on the petition but stated that she would likely grant the petition after she heard from Mr. Bozeman’s neurosurgeon. The Allegheny County DA was opposing this petition and obstructing efforts to admit all evidence.
The parties are reconvening to finish the hearing with the doctor’s testimony.
