Quinn Cozzens (he/him) is a Staff Attorney with ALC. He is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a 2016 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. His work with ALC focuses primarily on ALC’s Release from Prison docket and ending death by incarceration.
