Imprisoned for 49 years, Ezra Bozeman went into surgery within the PA Dept. of Corrections and came out paralyzed. He’s now quadriplegic so we’re seeking compassionate release. Also known as medical transfer, compassionate release affords liberation from prison when a person serving a sentence is given a terminal diagnosis. We believe Mr. Bozeman’s condition meets that requirement.
