It’s been less than one week since the PA Supreme Court ruled that mandatory Death By Incarceration for felony murder is unconstitutional, and we’ve received an outpouring of messages wondering what this means for folks inside.
Join ALC and Amistad Law Project to hear legal updates from the attorneys on the case! The battle is now in the legislature, so we’ll also discuss next steps in the fight to pass legislation that offers real second chances to people in Pennsylvania prisons.
