Dolly Prabhu
Dolly Prabhu (she/her) is a staff attorney at the Abolitionist Law Center and a former Equal Justice Works Fellow. She received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 2020, where she was the recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship and the Derrick A. Bell Scholarship in Law and Social Justice. While in law school, Dolly was the president of the Prisoner Legal Support Project and authored A Lifetime for Someone Else’s Crime: The Cruelty of Pennsylvania’s Felony Murder Doctrine in the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. She has authored several publications for ALC as well, including Probation in Allegheny County, Death-Making Institutions, and Apartheid Policing in Pittsburgh. Dolly’s primary areas of focus are probation and pre-trial incarceration in Allegheny County.
