Lolo Serrano (they/them) is a staff attorney at the Abolitionist Law Center. They work across ALC’s docket areas, including postconviction, solitary confinement, medical care, and environmental litigation. Serrano is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the federal Eastern, Middle, and Western District Courts of Pennsylvania. They graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2025. Lolo started working with ALC as a legal intern in the summer of 2022, and began work full-time as a legal fellow in September of 2025, joining ALC as a staff attorney in September 2026.
